Regulations of Furniuk LTD
§ 1 General Provisions
- The regulations define the rules for making purchases in the online store Furniuk, available at https://furniuk.com.
- The online store Furniuk is operated by Furniuk, with its registered office at 17 Vivienne Close, RH11 7US, Crawley.
- The regulations specify the rights and obligations of customers making purchases in the online store Furniuk, hereinafter referred to as “Customers.”
- Shopping in the online store is possible after accepting these regulations.
§ 2 Registration and Personal Data
- Registration is not required to place an order in the online store, but it can be done voluntarily.
- In case of registration, the Customer is obliged to provide true and current personal data necessary to fulfill the order.
- The administrator of personal data is Furniuk, with its registered office at 17 Vivienne Close, RH11 7US, Crawley, which processes personal data in accordance with applicable law and the Privacy Policy of the store.
§ 3 Orders and Fulfillment
- An order can be placed through the store’s website or by phone or email contact.
- Placing an order by the Customer is equivalent to concluding a sales contract.
- In case of impossibility to fulfill the order in whole or in part, the store informs the Customer about this fact and proposes possible changes or withdrawal from the contract.
- The delivery time of the ordered goods depends on the chosen delivery method and the delivery address provided by the Customer.
- The delivery cost and the time of order fulfillment are provided on the store’s website.
- For furniture orders, please note that the courier will deliver the furniture to the postcode provided by the Customer. However, it is the Customer’s responsibility to transport and assemble the furniture. The furniture will be shipped in packages, and assembly is required.
- Customers are responsible for unloading the delivered furniture.
- It is the Customer’s responsibility to inspect and check the furniture upon delivery.
- The route to the provided postcode must allow easy access for the courier.
- The Customer acknowledges that they are responsible for bringing the furniture into their desired location and assembling it.
- The store will provide advance notification to the Customer regarding the scheduled delivery date. The Customer will be informed in a timely manner to facilitate preparation for the delivery.
§ 4 Payments
- The online store Furniuk offers various forms of payment, which are available on the store’s website.
- The ordered goods will be dispatched after receiving full payment for the order.
- In case of choosing online payment, the Customer will be redirected to the payment operator’s page to make the payment.
§ 5 Returns and Complaints
- The Customer has the right to return the goods within 14 days from the date of delivery, in accordance with applicable law. The Customer is responsible for covering the cost of returning the goods, including any transportation fees.
- Complaints regarding goods or services provided by the online store Furniuk should be reported within 14 days from receiving the order.
- Detailed rules for returns and complaints are specified in the “Return and Complaint Policy” available on the store’s website.
§ 6 Personal Data Protection
- The online store Furniuk is committed to protecting the personal data of Customers in accordance with applicable law and the Privacy Policy of the store.
§ 7 Delivery Terms for UK Customers
- Deliveries will be made to the postcode provided by the Customer during the ordering process.
- Customers are responsible for unloading the delivered furniture.
- It is the Customer’s responsibility to inspect and check the furniture upon delivery.
- The route to the provided postcode must allow easy access for the courier.
- If the delivery cost does not display during the online ordering process, it indicates that the goods will not be shipped to the provided address. The Customer is obligated to collect the goods personally from the production site in Poland. From this point forward, the Customer is responsible for the goods, and our company (Furniuk LTD) is not liable for any costs incurred by the Customer.
- The store will provide advance notification to the Customer regarding the scheduled delivery date.
§ 8 Final Provisions
- These regulations come into force on the date of publication on the store’s website.
- The store reserves the right to change the regulations. Any changes come into effect on the date of their publication on the store’s website.
- Any disputes arising from the sales contract will be settled by the court having jurisdiction over the seat of the online store Furniuk.
The regulations are drawn up in two identical copies, one for each party.
